Excellent service, minor room hiccup
The lobby welcomed us with complimentary drinks, and the infinity pool had breathtaking sunset views. The staff’s quick response to our minor issue was appreciated.
Unfortunately, the pillows lacked comfort. they were lumpy and not what I expected for a premium hotel. A bit more attention to this detail would elevate the experience.

Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, with friendly and helpful staff who promptly fixed our TV issue and provided refreshing mineral water and chocolate in our room after arriving on bicycle.

i had a lovely stay at h10 playa meloneras horizons collection. the large room was very calm and offered a nice view. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens with unique plants. the swimming pools were never crowded, so there was plenty of space to relax. excellent restaurants were close by, which was a great bonus!

The double room was super comfy with air conditioning and a minibar. Loved the balcony view of the ocean! The infinity pool was heated and perfect for a sunset dip. Staff were quick to fix the TV. Spa services included a great couples massage and the fitness center was nice and well-equipped.
